Simon Newton is a former bodyguard, an entrepreneur, founder of Simon Newton London Ltd, an international clothing brand. Also, the co-founder of Askari Secure Ltd a Private Security Company based in Westminster Central London U.K. He is also an actor in film and tv and a spokesperson for U.K tv news channels on Private Security related topics. He has been in over fifty mainstream publications including podcast and radio interviews.

Simon joined the British Military in 2000. After leaving the military he started his career in the Private Security industry working in the Middle East as a Private Security Contractor for the American oil company KBR. After a number of years operating in Iraq he was appointed as a Close Protection Officer with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office in Afghanistan.

In addition to working in the Middle East, Simon was involved with Maritime Security as a Ship Security Officer. He ensured the safety of LPG and Crude Oil Tankers operating in the Indian Ocean from pirate activity.

After leaving the Middle East and Ship Security, Simon returned to London as a Bodyguard. In his time as a Bodyguard he has looked after Middle Eastern Royalty, Members of Parliament, News and TV crews. However, he is also previously known for working with Michael Jackson, Kendall Jenner, Rita Ora and Bella Hadid to name a few.

Simon Newton has been involved with films such as the Green Zone Thriller filmed in Morocco and Sherlock Holmes a Game of Shadows. He has doubled for Dave Bautista in the movie Final Score and carried out parts in various programmes on UK TV. He is now an established actor and trained at the iconic Pinewood Studios carrying out the Master Class in Screen Acting Diploma course with the Actors Studio.
